Jerry now serves as the founder and Executive Director of Soteria Community Development Organization, dedicating his life to helping thousands of families in our community break free from the vicious cycle of incarceration, poverty, and lack of educational opportunities.

Soteria CDC is a direct product of Jerry’s personal journey—so it made sense to commit that story to print. Jerry’s inspiring story has convinced community leaders to support an organization with genuine impact and has elevated his position as a national authority on prison reform.

Not only has the book turned Jerry into a published author, it has also opened doors to new speaking opportunities and begun to change the way people view the purpose of incarceration. Most importantly, Reclaimed is being brought to prisons all over America to give prisoners hope for a second chance at life.

Geoff feels particularly drawn to founder-led organizations with strong core values and a clear value proposition. Offbrand represents the culmination of his advising and consulting work with ministries and draws on his deep experience in this niche.

Being in ministry can feel incredibly isolated and overwhelming. I’ve wanted to write a book that helps pastors and other ministry leaders feel more connected and purpose-driven for a long time, but I needed that extra push to make it happen. Fortunately, I know some talented writers, editors, and designers who helped me get my story publication-ready.

In addition to turning CT into an author, the book has also developed a new revenue stream for the brand and opened doors for new speaking engagements and conference opportunities. Finally, the compelling story of revival has found its way into the hearts of people who have never before heard his message.
