GREENVILLE, SC, February 23, 2022 – Rudy Project, North America (NA), a company known for creating high quality Italian sport performance eyewear, helmets, and other accessories for athletes, has named The Brand Leader (TBL) its agency of record. TBL is a Greenville, SC-based advertising, marketing, and public relations agency, specializing in enhancing and amplifying brands.
TBL will work with Rudy Project to create a stronger brand presence in the marketplace by designing, developing, and deploying activations in the areas of paid digital, email marketing, search engine optimization, content creation, and public relations.
“We are thrilled to be working with an agency of the caliber of The Brand Leader and are excited about the new possibilities that we can create together,” says Brad Shapiro, Co-Founder and Principal at Rudy Project, NA.
Rudy Project also points out that sponsoring world-class athletes, elite teams, and key events across such sports as triathlon, cycling, and running are a crucial part of their brand’s heritage and mission. In addition, these athletes wear and test new products so Rudy Project can better understand athletes' needs and create solutions that keep the company on the forefront of technological innovation in the industry.
“Rudy Project is one of the world’s great sport performance brands, and we are eager to help advance their brand and increase market penetration in North America,” says Kyle Duford, President and Executive Creative Director at The Brand Leader. “Not only are their glasses and helmets iconic in the cycling, triathlon, and running communities, but I exclusively used Rudy Project products during my triathlon racing days and they helped me — and countless others — perform at a high level. We are confident our partnership with Rudy Project will result in even more success for the brand.”
